All ready to plant for the season.  Turned the soil and repaired the box.  Returned to plant and found someone had already put plants in the box ---who did this???? It's a mystery.....stay tuned.

Westhill donates all the planting this year....

Wow.  It really does take a village....Thanks Westhill!!!!, for donating all the following to the AITE Community Garden/G.I.V.E:

Cayenne peppers, bell boy peppers, golden wonder peppers, sweet banana peppers, zuchini squash, eggplant, basil and tomatoes.  Such a terrific garden this year.....now let's hope for good weather!

Overall, the garden has prospered very well over the summer...
My expectations ended up being less then what I thought we were going to get.
The cucumber plant has spread nicely over the box along with the beans.
The lettuce and peppers did not grow as well.
Looking forward to how the tomatoes and sunflowers turn out!! :)
